FLD TECH may collect and process personal data concerning you, in particular during the following operations:

- Marketing and commercial prospecting
In this respect, FLD TECH acts as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016).
Purpose and scope
The main purpose of this privacy policy is to inform users of the present E-Shop (the "E-Shop") of FLD TECH about the methods of collection, use, storage and protection of their personal data, in accordance with legal obligations.
This policy aims to provide clear and transparent information on the data processing carried out in the context of the use of the E-Shop and the management of your orders. It describes the types of data collected, the purposes for which they are processed, the measures put in place to protect them, as well as the rights of users with regard to the protection of personal data and privacy.
For any processing of personal data mentioned herein, FLD TECH complies with the applicable regulations in force, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"), and the French Law No. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Commitment
In application of these provisions, FLD TECH undertakes to process the personal data of E-Shop users in an adequate, relevant manner and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes mentioned below.
FLD TECH attaches particular importance to the protection of personal data and ensures that they are processed in compliance with the GDPR and the national legislation in force. As such, FLD TECH undertakes to collect and use personal data in a fair, lawful and transparent manner, ensuring that each processing is based on clear, legitimate purposes that are explicitly communicated to the data subjects. Only information strictly necessary for the achievement of these objectives is collected, in compliance with the principle of data minimisation.
In order to guarantee the accuracy of the information collected and used, FLD TECH puts in place mechanisms to keep them up to date and to correct any inaccuracies. Furthermore, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of your personal data, FLD TECH deploys appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent any unauthorised access, alteration, loss or destruction.

1. Browsing analysis and use of cookies

2. Management of user accounts
For the processing relating to the management of user accounts, based on consent, the following personal data concerning you is collected:
Civil status, identity, identification data, images: - Surname and First name - Professional email address - Professional telephone number - Region / Department
Professional life: - Functions - Position held - Company
This personal data is collected directly from you, or via the platform managing your distributors.
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing to be carried out. In the event of non-provision of your personal data, we will not be able to provide you with access to our services.
3. Order and delivery management
For the processing relating to order and delivery management, based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b of the GDPR), the following personal data is collected about you:
Civil status, identity, identification data, images: - Surname and First name - Professional email address - Professional telephone number - Region / Department
Professional life: - Functions - Position held - Company
Economic and financial information: - Payment information
This personal data is collected directly from you.
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing to be carried out. In the event of non-provision of your personal data, we will not be able to manage your orders and deliver to you.
4. Marketing and commercial prospecting
For the processing relating to marketing and commercial prospecting operations, based on the legitimate interest of FLD TECH (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR) with regard to the commercial relationship between the company and its business customers, the personal data collected about you is as follows:

This personal data is collected directly from you.
The provision of your personal data is necessary for the processing to be carried out. In the event of non-provision of your personal data, we will not be able to offer you personalised promotional offers.
Retention period
Your personal data will be kept by FLD TECH for the period necessary for the achievement of the aforementioned purposes. At the end of this retention period, FLD TECH undertakes to delete your personal data or to anonymise it, in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
Recipients
In the context of the accomplishment of the aforementioned purposes, your personal data may be shared with the following third parties:
- The management software used by FLD TECH
- The accounting software used by FLD TECH
- The cookies and trackers used by FLD TECH
- FLD TECH's partner publishing the E-Shop
In any event, your data will only be transmitted to recipients who strictly need to access it in order to be able to achieve the purposes described above. In addition, all of these recipients are subject to strict obligations regarding the confidentiality and protection of personal data, under conditions at least equivalent to those provided for by the GDPR.
Data transfers outside the EU
As a matter of principle, your personal data is processed and stored within the territory of the European Union. By way of exception, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Union, in particular through our subcontractors.
Where applicable, the transfer of data will be governed by tools compliant with the GDPR, in particular by means of adequacy decisions adopted by the European Commission on the basis of Article 45 of the GDPR in order to establish that a third country to the European Union ensures an adequate level of protection of personal data.
If an adequacy decision does not apply, the international transfer of data will then be governed by standard contractual clauses in force, as adopted by the European Commission on the basis of Article 46 of the GDPR, associated with a data transfer impact assessment.
Security measures
With regard to your personal data, FLD TECH undertakes to put in place technical, operational and organisational security measures, adopting a risk-based approach to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of your data.
FLD TECH also requires its partners and service providers to comply with high standards in terms of IT security and data protection.
Your rights regarding your data
With regard to your personal data and its processing, you have the following rights:
- Right of access: You have the right to request the personal data concerning you that we hold, as well as the purpose, retention period, source of collection, identity of recipients, the existence of automated decision-making and any transfer of your data to a country located outside the European Union.
- Right of rectification: When you notice that all or part of your data is inaccurate, you have the right to obtain the rectification or completion of your personal data.
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"): Within the limits provided for in Article 17 of the GDPR, you have the right to obtain the erasure of the personal data concerning you as soon as possible.
- Right to portability: You have the right to request and receive your data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller.
- Right to object: You have the right to object, at any time and for any reason, to the use of your data for prospecting purposes.
- Right to restriction: When you exercise your right of rectification or objection, you may request that we stop using your data while we process your request.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL: If you consider that the processing of your personal data does not meet the legal requirements, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL: Complaints | CNIL.
